After much back and forth and Kathy and Robin talking us through the process as first time home buyers (and answering our many phone calls/texts), our offer was accepted over 10 others! The sale had some pretty unusual terms but with Kathy and Robin by our side we were able to close on the house and become first time home buyers during a pretty crazy market. Robin and her team did a great job for us. We we're buying a home in this area and selling a home in another part of the state simultaneously. So the financing and scheduling were somewhat complicated. They were very responsive, informative, knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of the transaction. When we were notified by our landlord on the day after Christmas that we would have to leave our rental, my wife and I were devastated. We loved our little neighborhood in Torrance and didn't want to leave. We didn't think we'd ever be able to find a home that we could afford in the areas we wanted to live. Kathy and Robin were everything we needed in that situation. They showed us some rentals, but also helped us navigate through the process of getting prepared to purchase. Further, they were masters at relationship building and negotiating with the listing agents. Anyone who participated in this market in early 2020 will know that it was a difficult time to be a buyer. I don't know the exact average for all seven offers we made, but we were bidding against upwards of 19 other buyers on some properties. They were finally able to land us a property that we had no expectation of getting because they were persistent, yet patient, and helped us swoop in when the offers ahead of us failed to close. We are so thankful to have worked with this team, and love our new home!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My wife and I decided to make the move from LA down to the South Bay. We love Los Feliz but we wanted to be closer to the beach and have a bit more space. They were excellent- easily reachable, flexible with their schedules, and never pushed us one way or another. They are extremely familiar with the area and were able to answer all our questions. When we finally put an offer down, they really went to bat for us and we felt like we had the people we wanted in our corner. We ended up only looking at five houses before we had an offer accepted, so we were a bit sad to have ended our adventure with them! Highly recommend them. Not pretentious: they are professional, friendly and genuine. Will use again if we sell/buy again.

Kathy and Robin far exceeded my expectations as realtors!! Within a span of six days from beginning my home search to putting an offer in, they were consistently responsive and available to visit properties, review all paperwork once the offer was in motion, and proactive with getting competitive lender quotes. In addition to bringing a well rounded referral base of inspectors, they also worked closely with me to get cost effective bids from contractors too. As a single parent, it is so appreciated to have a team like these two classy women in your court.
